Scrappy is a sweetheart. He is a kind soul who found himself in a shelter after his owner passed away. He is not a barker and loves attention. He gets along with other dogs and loves to romp around the fenced in yard. He might have some Wheaton Terrier in him and is about 45 lbs and about 7 years old.
He is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.
